General Information
Delivery
Orders will usually be despatched within 24hrs on a normal working day after the order is received by diagnostics4u. Orders valued over £50 normally arrive within 1 to 3 working days worldwide by express courier, depending on the delivery destination. Remote regions of the world will take longer
Depending upon the delivery destination and stock levels, orders especially outside of the UK valued under £50 may take between 7 – 14 days by 1st class airmail to arrive to the customer. Express couriers are not possible since carrier charges will far exceed the value of the order
All 1 piece sample orders / single items have FREE shipping
The customer must inspect the goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and shall within 3 days of such delivery or receipt give notice to our Customer Sales Department of any apparent physical or delivery damage in the goods
Queries regarding shortages of goods must be made within 3 days of delivery date and must be accompanied by the despatch note
Returns
We are always prepared to exchange goods in the unlikely event any goods are received defective or damaged. Goods are covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty. See our terms and conditions for full details
Written authorisation for the return of any damaged goods or warranty claims must first be obtained from our Customer Sales or Service Department by email because they need to check your purchase order details first. Customers in the UK and other European countries will be advised where to return goods in the UK. Customers outside of the European Union will be advised where to return goods and may be requested to return goods to one of our overseas depots depending upon the country where the customer resides.
The customer must always obtain the correct address for returning goods & a returns number in advance from customerservice@diagnostics4u.com or sales@diagnostics4u.com
All returns must have a Returns Number issued by us. Please ensure this is clearly identified on a returns label or the external packaging and internal documentation when the goods are returned
Please also ensure no markings are made on the product or product packaging. The internal documentation should include proof of purchase, the returned product must be complete, and in ‘as new’ condition with original packaging.
The customer must take all reasonable care to ensure that all returned items be suitably packaged, and that the goods are protected when being returned. The customer must provide us with proof of despatch and a shipping tracking number for the returned goods
All returns must be received by us within 30 days of the Returns Number being issued and any goods received after that period will be dealt with on an individual basis. See our full terms and conditions
